Service & Repair Call
If your system is not working, please call or fill out the contact us page to schedule a service appointment. Service call rates are billed at $170/hour, additional fees may be added for materials required to complete the repair. A technician will be dispatched to the location of your equipment to assess and repair the issue. All Emergency calls are subject to a $75 surcharge.
Spring Tune Ups- Air Conditioning System $199.00*
Schedule preventive maintenance on your air conditioning system today. The rate for two systems will be $299.00 and $369.00 for three systems per residence. Package includes: vacuum air handler, clean condenser, check to refrigerate level, replace the filter, check thermostat level and ensure proper unit efficiency. *This price is per system and includes a standard air filter change, any other filtration system will be extra. Does not include refrigerant or cleaning of coils. In the event a problem is detected all necessary replacement parts and materials will be billed out over and above the preventive maintenance charge and any additional labor will be billed out at $170.00/hour. All applicable sales tax is included. These rates are for residential systems only. For commercial systems please call our office for current rates.
